At our stand, we will present our capabilities in precision castings and CNC solutions for industrial applications. KIGEMA specializes in centrifugal bronze and brass castings, bushings, rings and sleeves, manufactured in accordance with international standards such as PN-EN 1982, ASTM B271, DIN 1705/1709/1714 and BS 1400.

Our casting capabilities include components with an outside diameter from 80 mm up to 3000 mm, a maximum cast weight of 7 tons, and a maximum cast length of 1000 mm.

We also provide complete CNC machining services, including:

Turning: Ø max 2800 × 2000 mm
Milling: 4500 × 2500 × 1500 mm
Drilling: Ø1–80 mm, tolerance class IT7

In addition, we support our customers with component manufacturing, retrofit projects, reverse engineering and CMM measurements.
